How It Works for the Property
Initial Setup
You reach out to Fore and we assess your property’s needs (how many units, interest in a car, suitable parking spot, etc.). We’ll recommend the number and type of vehicles. Typically, one vehicle can serve many residents (we’ll use usage data to optimize).
Agreement
We sign an agreement covering the placement of our vehicle(s) at your site and the service terms. Decide on any cost-sharing or subsidy model. Fore can either charge residents directly per use, or you can cover some cost as an included amenity – we’re flexible.
Launch
Fore delivers the vehicle(s) and sets up signage and instructions. We hold a demo event or provide materials so residents know how to sign up and use the service. We can co-brand the experience (e.g., call it ‘[Building Name] Car Share, powered by Fore’).
Operation
Residents use the car via the Fore app. They reserve time slots and unlock the car with their phone. The car might have a home parking spot with a sign (which we’ll provide). Fore monitors and manages usage. We handle all cleaning, maintenance, and can swap out the car if needed for servicing.
Support
If a resident has an issue while using the car, they contact Fore’s support (24/7). We take care of it just as we would with any subscriber. Property management isn’t burdened with these day-to-day issues.
Ongoing
We provide the property with periodic usage reports – e.g., ‘The car was used X times this month by Y different residents, total mileage, etc.’ You can see the value it’s providing. If demand is consistently high (fully booked car), we might suggest adding another vehicle. If it’s low, we could adjust availability or remove if needed (with notice) – so you’re never stuck.
